RIS and OSA took us on a trip from the Sea of Galilee to the Kineret. We hiked, drove and walked our way through Israel and this was the most incredible experience for us all.
All packed…
…and ready to go!
With this view from my window on the bus I just knew Hashem was protecting us and that we were going to have the time of our lives.
Rosh Ha'Nikra
A nighttime walk through the Rosh Ha'Nikra caves while holding lanterns in our hands. Such a memory!
Lit lanterns.
Day Two:
On the bus
Sea of Galilee
Opening ceremony of Yam le Yam on the beach - a start to a fantastic trip.
We have our hiking gear on and our cameras at the ready.
Beautiful Israel flowers
My sock tan after the long four hour hike in the sun! But wow what a magnificent hike going down toward a stream and following it through the valley.
Shabbat Shalom from Tel Hai
Shavuah Tov: What other way to start the week is there other than having a bon fire!
I had my first s'more ever! And it was delicious.
Turns out that our bonfire was right on the Lebanon border - how cool!
Day Three - A hike in the Golan
And now the long awaited Kineret!
What a beautiful way to end off Yam le Yam with a closing ceremony alongside the Israeli flag.
